Digit All Technologies helps businesses assess requirements, plan practical technology solutions, and execute clearly defined projects with transparency, accountability, and future usability in mind.
Most engagements begin with one of these situations.
Setting up a new office
Planning networking, workstations, and core equipment before a team moves in.
Upgrading existing infrastructure
Replacing aging equipment or expanding capacity as the business grows.
Improving network performance
Diagnosing slow or unreliable connectivity and planning a practical fix.
Organizing an existing setup
Bringing structure to cabling, labeling, and documentation that grew informally.
Procuring technology
Sourcing and deploying laptops, printers, or network equipment for a defined need.
Coordinating multiple providers
Bringing ISPs, vendors, and specialists together under one accountable plan.
Primary services
Four defined areas of work. Each begins with understanding the requirement, not with a product list.
Technology Project Planning
Requirement assessment, site review, solution planning, budget alternatives, and upgrade or expansion planning — so decisions are made with a full picture, not guesswork.
Infrastructure & System Integration
Office setups, wired and wireless networking, access points, network optimization, CCTV, attendance systems, EPABX, and multi-vendor coordination.
Technology Procurement
Laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and network equipment — sourced, configured, and deployed as part of a defined project.
Infrastructure Review & Organization
Cabling review and cleanup, port and equipment labeling, network review, asset identification, mapping, documentation, and upgrade recommendations.
Additional and Partner-Supported Services
Beyond the primary services above, requests in the following areas are considered on a case-by-case basis. Availability depends on project scope and on suitable specialist partners being available at the time of enquiry.
ERP requirement assessment
SaaS enquiries
Web development coordination
Custom development enquiries
Other specialist requirements
How a project moves forward
Six steps, in order. Each one exists to keep the project accountable to what was actually agreed.
01
Initial Discussion
A brief conversation to understand what you're trying to achieve. Complimentary.
02
Assessment
Site review, current setup review, or requirement gathering, as the situation calls for.
03
Recommendation
A practical, upgrade-conscious plan with alternatives suited to the budget.
04
Scope and Approval
Agreed scope, timeline, and payment terms, confirmed before work begins.
05
Procurement and Implementation
Equipment sourced, specialists coordinated, and work carried out against the agreed scope.
06
Verification and Handover
Results checked against the plan, documented, and handed over.
Detailed consultation, site assessment, research, planning, or written recommendations may be chargeable. Qualifying consultation fees may be credited toward a related implementation project when agreed beforehand.
Why Digit All
Requirement before product
We start by understanding what you actually need, not by leading with a product to sell.
Practical use of existing resources
Where existing equipment or infrastructure can reasonably continue in use, we plan around it rather than replacing by default.
Upgrade-conscious planning
Plans account for where the setup is likely to need to grow next, not just the immediate task.
Transparent scope
What's included, what isn't, and what depends on further review is stated before work begins.
Accountable delivery
We take responsibility for the work we accept, coordinate, and verify through to handover.
Scalable collaboration
Specialist partners are brought in when a project calls for capabilities beyond our own scope.
How we position our work
Digit All Technologies takes on a defined set of projects at a time, by design. Each one is assessed, planned, and delivered with a level of attention that a high-volume model would not allow.
“Focused enough to remain accountable. Capable enough to deliver meaningful projects. Connected enough to scale when the requirement demands it.”
Consultation policy
A clear line between an initial discussion and chargeable consulting work.
Complimentary
A brief initial discussion to understand your requirement and whether it fits what we do.
May be chargeable
Detailed consultation, site assessment, research, planning, or written recommendations. Fees, where they apply, are agreed before work begins.
Qualifying consultation fees may be credited toward a related implementation project when this is agreed beforehand. Consulting work usually requires advance payment. Project and procurement payment terms are defined in the quotation. Optional Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are arranged separately.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of projects do you accept?
Defined, project-based technology work: planning, infrastructure and system integration, procurement, and infrastructure review and organization. Each enquiry is assessed before it's accepted.
Is the first discussion really free?
Yes. A brief initial discussion to understand your requirement and whether it's a fit is complimentary.
What makes a consultation chargeable?
Once a discussion moves into detailed consultation, site assessment, research, planning, or a written recommendation, it may involve a fee. This is confirmed with you before the work starts.
Can a consultation fee be credited later?
Qualifying consultation fees may be credited toward a related implementation project, but only when this is agreed beforehand.
What's the difference between consultation and implementation?
Consultation covers assessment and planning. Implementation is the actual procurement, coordination, and execution of the agreed work. They can be engaged separately or together.
Do you take on smaller projects?
Smaller, clearly scoped projects are considered alongside larger ones. What matters is that the requirement is well-defined enough to plan and deliver against.
Do you handle ERP or SaaS requirements directly?
These fall under our Additional and Partner-Supported Services. We can assess the requirement and coordinate with suitable specialist partners, depending on scope.
How does collaboration with specialist partners work?
For work outside our core scope, we coordinate with vetted specialists so the project still has a single accountable point of contact.
Who is responsible if a partner's part of the work has an issue?
We coordinate the overall project and remain the accountable point of contact for what we accept. Third-party products and specialist work carry their own applicable warranties, as set out in the project scope.
Will I receive documentation after the project?
Yes, where documentation is part of the agreed scope — for example network maps, asset lists, or setup records — it's handed over as part of project completion.
Do you require advance payment?
Consulting work usually requires advance payment. Project and procurement payment terms are set out in the quotation for that specific engagement.
Can you work within different budget levels?
Where practical, we present budget alternatives during planning so you can see trade-offs before committing.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
An optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) can be arranged separately from a project engagement.
Do you take on residential or home projects?
Our focus is business and organizational projects. Residential enquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on scope.
What happens if the scope needs to change mid-project?
Any change to the agreed scope is reviewed and requires approval before it proceeds, so cost and timeline stay clear.
Do you accept every enquiry you receive?
No. Each enquiry is reviewed against what we do and what we can realistically deliver well. We'll let you know if something falls outside that.
